Personalised books used to mean a name printed into a story that was the same for everyone. This is different. Each Nightstory is written fresh for one child: their name, their age, what they love this week, the friend or pet or sibling they want beside them. No two families get the same story.
And the stories remember each other. A character your child meets tonight is there tomorrow. The world grows a chapter a night, and it is theirs. Type their name below to start the first one; it takes about a minute, and the first page needs no account.
Written by the people who make Nightstory.
What makes it work at bedtime
Their name is the hero's name
In every title, on every page. Children listen differently to a story that is about them, and they ask for it again.
The things they love are the plot
Dinosaurs, diggers, the ocean, whatever it is this week. Say so once and every story leans that way until they change their mind.
The cast is your family
Add a sibling, a grandparent, the dog. They are in tonight's story and they are remembered in tomorrow's.
Questions parents ask
- Is my child's name kept private?
- Yes. The name is only used to write their stories. If a family chooses to share a story publicly, we swap the child's name for a storybook stand-in first, and their picture is never drawn from a likeness.
- Can I have more than one child?
- Yes. Each child gets their own story world, with their own name, age and cast. Nightstory Plus lets a family keep up to ten.
- What does it cost?
- The first page is free, with no account. A free account finishes that story and brings one more free story. After that, a story costs 20 stars, and Nightstory Plus brings 840 stars a month, enough for a story every night.
